This is a message for all of the women under 40 who feel in the back of their minds like menopause will never happen to them. Believe me, every woman before you felt the same way then suddenly you are missing periods, and things can go haywire really quickly from there.

Ask yourself these questions and have a serious think about the answers and how they relate to you and your longterm health and wellness.
What can I do to improve m overall health right now?
Do I understand the importance of bone health?
Do I understand the importance of staying strong?
Can I recognise stress in my life and how it impacts my overall health?
Do I understand the health implications of heavy alcohol consumption?
Menopause may seem like a long way in the future, but believe me, it comes around fast.
